In case you have a personal iPad / iPhone bought by yourself go on with this guide.
Before you begin, there's a few terms we need to clarify
TUI Account: This is your corporate account. You'll need this account to set-up your corporate email on the device.
Apple/AppleID Account: This is an account between you and Apple. TUI can't change this account.
You'll need this account to download Apps from App Catalog (TUI Apps) and App Store (like Skype for Business)
In case you forget about your AppleID account credentials, you'll need to request a new password here.
PIN Code: This is the PIN Code to unlock your SIM CARD.
In case you forget the pin please open a ticket to MyServicedesk.
Passcode: This is the passcode you'll need to unlock your device everytime it's locked
You must remember this one as ServiceDesk can't change it. If you forget, you will no longer be able to unlock your device.

In case your device is personal you should have already did this steps. You might be able to skip some.
Power on your device using the power button (on the top for iPad / on the right side for iPhone)
Your device will ask you to press Home button to open (earlier iOS devices might ask you to slide to unlock)
Your device will ask you to select a language
Your device will ask you to select a country/region
Your device will ask you to connect to a Wifi or "Use Mobile Connection"
Use Wifi in case you have a known-secure network in range
Use Mobile Connection (if you have inserted a SIM card on the device)
Your device will activate now. This process takes 1 minute aprox. Please be patient.
Your device will ask you to enable / disable Location Services. This is a user decission. Select the option you like most.
Your device will ask you to create a passcode. You can create one now or set-up later. Select the option you like most.
Your device will ask you to restore a backup or Set up as new. Select the option you like most.
Your device will ask you to sign in with an AppleID. You can do it now or set-up later. Select the option you like most.
Your device will ask you to agree Apple Terms and Conditions. Read the information provided on screen and tap on "Agree"
Your device will ask you to set-up Siri. You can do it now or set-up later. Select the option you like most.
Your device will ask you to select wether to Send/Don't send diagnostics to Apple. Select the option you like most.
Your device will ask you to select wether to Share/Don't share App analytics with developers. Select the option you like most.
You've now finished the initial set-up for your device. Tap on Get Started

On your dashboard, find and tap on Settings.
Find the Mail option, and tap on Add Account.
Select Exchange.
Type your email address, and tap on next.
Fill out the below details:
Server Outlook.office365.com
Domain (Leave it empty)
Username Same as your email address
Tap on next.
In case you did not set-up a passcode on the initial set-up or your actual password doesn't meet the security standards, you'll be requested to set a passcode on your device. Tap on Next when done.
Bear in mind the passcode needs to meet this criteria:
It needs to be at least 8 character long.
It can't have ascending / descending / repetitive characters.
It can't be the same as your last 10 passcodes.
Go back to your dashboard pressing the home button
Wait a few minutes until the emails start syncing. You'll get a notification badge on Mail app when the emails starts to sync.
Your @tui.com email, calendar and contacts are now synced with your device. You can start using it as a work tool.

Download: Skype for business is available for enrolled devices on Airwatch through Tui Apps icon or the Appstore.
Once the app is downloaded, you'll be asked to sign-in. Proceed to fill out the fields as shown below:
Sign in address: name.surname@tuigroup.com
Password: Your password, same as @tui.com email.
Tap on Advanced Options:
After tap on Advanced Options, tap on "User Name" field.
Type your name.surname@tui.com address and then tap on the "x" icon on the top left screen. Once you're on the Sign in screen again, tap on Sign in button (below Advanced Options).

Now that your TUI account is set-up, there's a few things you need to take into account:
My Servicedesk: My Servicedesk is only supporting corporate data (e-mail, calendar, contacts) or device configuration process on Devices provided by TUIDX.
My Servicedesk will not support any set-up on Personal (bought by yourself) Devices
Apps: This devices have access through the App Store with a wide variety of applications (+500000 apps)
We cannot provide support for each one of those apps. Therefore, we can only provide support for corporate data (e-mail, calendar, contacts).
Some of this apps are free, either are paid. The apps bought on the App Store cannot be liquidated as Liquidation Expenses for the Business.
