Follow the steps detailed on this guide in order to setup your Skype for Business App on your iPad/iPhone Device
In order to download the Skype for Business App:
On a corporate iPad: Tap on TUI APPS icon and download Skype for Business as with any other corporate app
On a personal device (iPhone / iPad) bought by yourself: Find Skype for Business on the App Store
Click on the button below to hide/show this information.
Once the app is downloaded, you'll be asked to sign-in. Proceed to fill out the fields as shown below:
Sign in address: name.surname@tuigroup.com
Password: Your password, same as @tui.com email
Tap on Advanced Options:
User Name: name.surname@tui.com
Tap on the "x" icon on the top left screen
Once you're on the Sign in screen again, tap on Sign in button (below Advanced Options)
Click on the button below to hide/show this information.
