Follow the steps detailed on this guide in order to set-up a new TUI DX computer.
Only computers provided by TUI DX.
New TUI DX employees will get from their manager / Business support or local IT a letter like this with their credentials:
Existing or new TUI DX Employees please use your credentials (name.surname) to login on your TUI DX computer.
In case of issues please contact My Servicedesk .
In case you have a Laptop:
Connect the AC Power Adapter.
Connect the network cable or your available WiFi.
In case you have a Desktop:
Connect the AC Power Adapter.
Connect the network cable.
Connect the keyboard and mouse.
Connect the image.
Click on the button below to hide/show this information.
Power on your device using the power button.
The first boot can take some minutes, please be patient. Do not force turn off during this process, will mess the set-up.
Select a language.
Select a country/region. This will setup the proper time zone.
Select a keyboard layout.
Select an extra keyboard layout if necessary.
Your device will try to update. Do not force shutdown during this process, will mess the setup.
Wait until the computer auto login with the Welcome assistant account.
The Welcome assistant will ask you to connect the computer to the network.
If the computer is not connected to the network, you will see this image.
If the computer is connected to the TUI DX network (eg. TUI DX Offices), just wait some minutes and the PC will restart automatically.
If the computer is connected to an external network (eg. Home, Hotel, DMC...), you will need to connect the VPN. A video guide to connect the VPN will be displayed.
After the automatic restart, a empty logon screen will appear.
If the Computer is connected to the TUI DX network (eg. TUI DX Offices) try to login with your TUI DX username and password. See the below video guide:
If the Computer is connected to an external network (eg. Home, Hotel, DMC...) you will need to connect the VPN before log in. If this is the first time you are logging in to this PC you will need to connect using vpn.tui-ds.com/sbl only the first time. See the below video guide:

Open a ticket to request applications that are not included in the PC.

Bear in mind that you need to set-up your personal security questions in order to be able to reset your password.
Microsoft Outlook
Find the Outlook shortcut in your start menu.
When Outlook client prompts you to login use your email address as your username name.surname@tui.com + Password.
Skype for Bussines
Find the Skype for bussines shortcut in your start menu.
Bear in mind that your Skype sign-in address will be like name.surname@tuigroup.com
The field username will be your name.surname@tui.com address.
Corporate WiFi networks
TUI Only for TUI DX Employees. Provides access to internal systems (Asterix, SAP, Windows shared folders, etc) as well public Internet. This WIFI is automatically setup in TUI DX laptops
TUI Roaming Provides Internet access only. Is used only for TUI Group employees that have already setup this WIFI network in their PCs or mobile devices.
TUI Guest Provides Internet access only for visitors. Request access to this network for visitors in the reception.
Cisco Anyconnect VPN - Remote working
You can access many TUI DX systems remotely on the internet for example OSP, JAM, C4C, Office 365 email, etc.
However, other systems are not available on the internet and also require a secure VPN access. These systems are:
Asterix
Logisplan
SAP Finance and HR
Payroll web for Spanish colleagues
SAGE XRT
Several TUI Source market applications
