DEP Devices staging steps



1. Connect to the desired WiFi (including TUI WiFi with the staging credentials)

2. When prompted with the TUI España Remote Management screen, enroll the device with the staging user, as usual.






NonDEP Devices staging first steps



1. Connect to the desired WiFi (including TUI WiFi with the staging credentials) and follow the steps for the initial configuration.

2. When prompt with the Apple ID sign in or creation window, we need to create one (if we haven't got one)

3. Once in the iPad's homescreen, we have to access Apple's App Store and search for Airwatch Agent. Download and install.

4. Once installed we open the app and follow the next steps:

Staging DEP and nonDEP common steps



1. All apps and profiles related to the staging user will be installed. This includes:



End-user enrollment steps



1. Once the device is hand over to the end-user we need to access the Airwatch Agent and enrol with the end-user AD account credentials.




2. DEP Devices: Once inside the Airwatch Agent you will be prompt to enter the end-user credentials.

3. nonDEP Devices: In this case you will have to perform an extra step. You will be prompt to select the enrolment method (go back to step 4 under NONDEP DEVICES STAGING FIRST STEPS for details)




4. The rest of the apps and profiles related to the end-user will be installed. This includes:
