DEP Devices staging steps

1. Connect to the desired WiFi (including TUI WiFi with the staging credentials)

2. When prompted with the TUI España Remote Management screen, enroll the device with the staging user, as usual.

NonDEP Devices staging first steps

1. Connect to the desired WiFi (including TUI WiFi with the staging credentials) and follow the steps for the initial configuration.

2. When prompt with the Apple ID sign in or creation window, we need to create one (if we haven't got one)

3. Once in the iPad's homescreen, we have to access Apple's App Store and search for Airwatch Agent. Download and install.

4. Once installed we open the app and follow the next steps:

• Select Server Details as the authentication method and enter the next details in the required boxes:
  
  

• Server: group.mdm-tui.com
• Group ID: TUIAD

• Follow the enrolment steps with the staging user details and accept all certificates.
• Before handing the device to the end-user remember:

• Delete the Apple ID. Go to Settings/AppleID, iCloud… / go to the end of the menu an select "Sign Out"

Castles pinpad users, please note: You have to manually change the name of the device in order to configure the Bluetooth pairing with the end-users user name.

• Go to Settings/General/About/Name and add the users name with the next format:

Staging DEP and nonDEP common steps

1. All apps and profiles related to the staging user will be installed. This includes:

• MDM Device Management Certificate (TUI DX Airwatch)
• 12 Webclip apps:

• App Catalog
• @Com
• TUI DX SMILE
• TUI Smile Awards
• MyDevice, MyPaySlip, My Servicedesk and My Password
• OneServicePoint (AKA OSP)
• MeinService
• TUI Knowhow
• TUI DX Manual

• Airwatch Apps: Agent, Browser and Content Locker.
• Extra Apps: Skype for Business, SAP JAM, C4C, etc...
• Profiles: TUI DX MDM Restriction Standards.

End-user enrollment steps

1. Once the device is hand over to the end-user we need to access the Airwatch Agent and enrol with the end-user AD account credentials.

2. DEP Devices: Once inside the Airwatch Agent you will be prompt to enter the end-user credentials.

3. nonDEP Devices: In this case you will have to perform an extra step. You will be prompt to select the enrolment method (go back to step 4 under NONDEP DEVICES STAGING FIRST STEPS for details)

4. The rest of the apps and profiles related to the end-user will be installed. This includes:

• Exchange profile for Email.
• Passcode profile.
• TUI & TUIRoaming WiFi profile.
• Cisco AnyConnect (VPN) profile.
• Sales apps such as CF ASTERIX or others - if applicable.

5. The end-user will be prompt to configure the passcode and to enter the Exchange email password.
