Follow the steps detailed on this guide in order to setup your @tui.com account on your Huawei P8 Lite Device
Before you begin, there's a few terms we need to clarify:
TUI Account: This is your corporate account. You'll need this account to set-up your corporate email on the device.
Google Account: This is an account between you and Google.
You'll need this account to download Apps from Play Store (like Skype for Business).
In case you forget about your Google account credentials, you'll need to request a new password here
Huawei Account: This is an account between you and Huawei.
You'll need this account to download Huawei Apps / use Huawei Services - This account is not 100% mandatory.
PIN Code: This is the PIN Code to unlock your SIM CARD.
In case you forget you can ask MyServicedesk to provide it.
PIN/Password: This is the passcode/password you'll need to unlock your phone everytime it's locked.
You must remember this one as MyServicedesk can't change it. If you forget it, you will no longer be able to unlock your device.
Please bear in mind that this images may not be 100% accurate as it depends on the Huawei P8 Lite Android Version

Power on your device using the power button (usually on the right side)
Follow the instructions on-screen until your phone requests you to type the PIN Code
Once the phone starts, you'll be asked to type in the PIN Code. Type your PIN Code and tap on OK / Aceptar
Your phone will ask you to select a language and tap on Next
Your phone will ask you to accept Huawei T&C, tap on Agree
Tap on Agree again to accept T&C
AYour phone will ask you now to Agree/Disagree on some services for your phone. This is a user decission, however, it should be usually Agree on both. Once selected, tap on Next
Your phone will ask you to connect to WIFI. You can skip this step by tapping on Skip
Your phone will ask you to Sign in with your Google Account or create a new one. There's 3 available options here:
Your phone will ask you to set-up Google services. This can be set-up as you want. Scroll down and tap on Next
Your phone will ask you to set-up your PRA-LX1 (your new phone). Tap on "Set up as new"
Your phone will ask you to Sign in with your Huawei Account or create a new one. You can set it now or SKIP and set up later
You will now be asked to move your data. Tap on "Set as a new phone"
Tap on OK on the pop-up
Your phone will ask now to set-up Fingerprint Touch Control to unlock your device with your fingerprint. Tap on Next
You can do the set-up for your Fingerprint reader tapping on "Enroll" or tap on Skip and set it up later.
Initial Set-up has finished now. Tap on "Get Started"
You will now be presented the home screen on your device

On your device's tap on "Play Store"
In case you didn't logged in / created a Google Account on the Initial Set-up (earlier on this guide), you'll be required to do so now in order to download Outlook Appication
Once you are done with Google Account, you will access "Play Store"
Tap on the search field (on the top) and type "Outlook". Tap on "Microsoft Outlook" when the Outlook icon appears
On the next screen, tap on "Install". This process takes about 2-3 minutes. Please, be patient.
Once the app installs, a new button "Open" will appear. Tap on it to start Outlook App
Your phone will start now the Outlook app. Tap on "Get Started"
Outlook will request you to type in your email address
Your device will show now the TUI Group login screen with your user already written. Fill in the password and tap on "Sign In"
Your device will ask now to Activate device Administrator. Tap on "Activate"
You'll be presented now the options the device administrator needs to access. Tap on "Activate"
The company security standards requires the devices with access to corporate data to have a PIN/Password. Tap on "Set new password"
On the next screen, tap on "PIN"
Type in a PIN that meets the security requirements shown on-screen
Once you've typed a PIN that meets the requirements, tap on CONTINUE
The device will ask you to confirm PIN. Type in the same PIN you typed on the step above and tap on OK
You'll be asked to add another account. Tap on SKIP
Outlook app will shouw you a brief "how-to use the app". You can check it by tapping on the "next arrow" or skip it tapping on "Skip"
In a few minutes, your emails will start downloading to your phone.
This process can take some time depending on how many emails you have and the quality / speed of your internet connection
You'll find icons for Mail / calendar / OneDrive / Contacts on the lower part on Outlook App
Once your mailbox account is configured on the phone, you'll be able to sync your Outlook contacts with the Phone contacts following these steps:
Tap over the Options icon on the upper left side.
Tap over the Settings (cogwheel) icon.
On the Settings screen, tap over your email address.
Tab on the Sync contacts toggle switch.
Your Outlook contacts will appear now listed as phone contacts

Follow these steps to download and configure Skype for Business in your mobile device
Open Play Store app and search for the Skype for Business for Android application.
Install the application and open it.
Accept the Terms of Use.
On the "Welcome" screen, type over the arrow to sign in.
Type your organization sign-in address, be aware this will be your tuiad username@tuigroup.com.Then tap on Advanced options.
Type your tuiad user name (name.surname@tui.com). Tap over Advanced options to get back to the sign in screen.
Type your tuiad password (same as Windows / Outlook) and press over the arrow to sing in.
Introduce your phone number and click over the arrow to finish the sing in process.
The Skype for Business application will be opened.

Now that your TUI account is set-up, there's a few things you need to take into account:
My Servicedesk: My Servicedesk is only supporting corporate data (e-mail, calendar, contacts) or device configuration process on Devices provided by TUIDX.
My Servicedesk will not support any set-up on Personal (bought by yourself) Devices
Apps: This devices have access through the Play Store (formerly known as Android Market) with a wide variety of applications (+500000 apps)
We cannot provide support for each one of those apps. Therefore, we can only provide support for corporate data (e-mail, calendar, contacts).
Some of this apps are free, either are paid. The apps bought on the Play Store cannot be liquidated as Liquidation Expenses for the Business.
